These terms apply when you use www.vidyavedh.com, contact us, book a guidance session or enrol in classes with Vidyavedh Academy LLP (“we”, “us”). By doing any of these, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy.

What we offer

ACCA classes at our centre in Erandwane, Pune, and live online; ACCA guidance sessions; and information about ACCA papers, exemptions, fees and plans. We work to keep this website accurate, but class schedules, fees and availability can change, and the information may sometimes contain errors. ACCA sets its own rules, exemptions and exam dates, so check them on ACCA’s website before you rely on them.

Admission

Admission depends on ACCA’s entry requirements, our review of your application and the seats available in the batch.

Fees and payment

• Fees are as shown on this website when you enrol, per paper or as a plan. A paper’s fee covers tuition for that one subject.
• Fees are paid in advance, before classes start. Students can attend classes once the fee is paid.
• You can pay by bank transfer, by cash or cheque at our centre, or online on this website through Razorpay where the website offers it. We give you a receipt for every payment.
• If you choose EMI when paying online, your bank or EMI provider decides whether to approve it and may charge interest or fees under its own terms.
• A plan covers the papers and the validity period described on this website when you buy it.
• Microsoft setup, the student account used for classes, is ₹2,000 a year, renewed annually.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy. In short, if you can’t follow the classes in the first 7 days, you can withdraw and get 90% of that paper’s fee back. After that, fees aren’t refundable.

Guidance sessions

A guidance session is booked once we confirm your slot on WhatsApp. If you need to change it, tell us as early as you can; a new slot depends on availability. A session you miss without telling us may not be rescheduled.

Classes, attendance and study materials

• Classes you miss aren’t repeated individually.
• Study materials, notes and class recordings we share are for your own study only. Please don’t copy, share or sell them.
• Each paper’s fee covers one exam attempt. The refund policy explains what that means.

Conduct

Please treat teachers, staff and other students with respect. Misconduct or rude behaviour can lead to suspension or removal from classes, without a refund.

Using this website

Don’t use this website for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful, or try to disrupt it or get around its security. The website’s content belongs to Vidyavedh Academy LLP; please don’t reproduce it without our written permission. ACCA is a registered trademark of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Other companies’ services

Payments, messages and online classes use other companies’ services, such as Razorpay, WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them.

Results and liability

We teach and support you as well as we can, but exam results depend on many things, including your own work, so we can’t guarantee them. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fee you paid us for that service. You agree to be responsible for claims that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using our services after a change, the updated terms apply.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
